Claire works from the Altrincham office within the Conveyancing Department. She specialises in residential property (both freehold and leasehold), remortgages and transfers of equity. She has a particular interest in residential property purchases with an agricultural element.
Claire is friendly, pragmatic and client-focussed.

Personable, creative, determined, eclectic and honest.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Problem-solving, and being able to call excited clients on completion day and tell them they can pick up the keys to their new home.
If you were not a lawyer, how would you earn a living?
I have always loved baking so I’d like to think I would own my own cake shop/café.
What is your highest career achievement?
Nothing beats the feeling yet of when I finally qualified as a solicitor after many years of training and study.
Of what, in your life, are you most proud?
Buying and then renovating our house over the last 18 months – it’s been a real labour of love and still a work-in-progress but I’m proud to call it my home.
How would you spend your perfect day?
Exploring a town or city I’ve never been to before with a coffee in my hand and my phone turned off!
How do you relax?
Usually with my head in some craft project with a strong cup of tea, listening to Elvis and my cat on my lap.
What is the single most important thing that you want to do before you die?
To see more of the world and, in particular, to see the northern lights.
