Experience of Digital Dictation, accuracy and excellent organisational skills essential

Excellent Communication skills/client care skills with a good telephone manner are essential

Previous experience in a Legal environment

Experience of Land Registry Portal

Experience of SDLT online

Tasks

To assist with secretarial and admin for Fee Earners

To provide assistance to others in the team when required

Digital Dictation

Creating and amending documents

Dealing with clients by telephone, taking messages, filing, electronic filing, photocopying and faxing

Assist the team as and when required with overflow typing

Completion of SDLT Forms online
