The Stockport Branch is located in the heart of Hazel Grove opposite Marks and Spencer and has good access by train, bus and car. The office is fully wheelchair accessible and there are ground floor meeting rooms for those with access difficulties.
Keoghs, Nicholls, Lindsell & Harris merged with locally based Gregorys Solicitors in 2003 and again with Holland Knight Solicitors in 2009 combining the services and expertise of three well-known Stockport firms. The firm now offers legal services from this office in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Probate, Trusts and Wills and Housing/Community Care.
Residential and Commercial Conveyancing
The department is managed by Rebecca Faulkner. Rebecca and her team of experts provide comprehensive legal advice in all residential conveyancing related matters including buying a house, selling a house, re-mortgaging and transfers of equity. Commercial conveyancing is also undertaken including providing advice on leases, sales and purchases to landlords and tenants. Rebecca and her team will offer competitive fees to undertake conveyancing work which means clients can manage budgets.
Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
Karen Leach joined the firm in 2011 and has since developed the department enabling it to grow from strength to strength. Her personable approach puts clients at ease but she remains at the forefront of her specialism, keeping abreast of legislative changes. She recently successfully completed her STEP qualification and is now a TEP member.
