PRIVATE CLIENT FEE EARNER

We are seeking to appoint a Private Client Fee Earner to join our team at our Altrincham office.

The Candidate

  • Private Client fee earner with at least 3 years PQE or equivalent
  • Ability to deal with a varied caseload including wills, probate, power of attorney
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative

Residential Conveyancer (Fee Earner)

Location: Altrincham & Hazel Grove
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly and professional team based across our Altrincham and Hazel Grove offices.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, supported by an experienced team of assistants and will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service.

The Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and practical professional who can handle a busy and varied residential property caseload efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage a full range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently or as part of a team as and when required to do so
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
