Stockport Branch

stockport

The Stockport Branch is located in the heart of Hazel Grove opposite Marks and Spencer and has good access by train, bus and car. The office is fully wheelchair accessible and there are ground floor rooms for those with walking difficulties.

Keoghs, Nicholls, Lindsell & Harris merged with locally based Gregorys Solicitors in 2003 and again with Holland and Knight Solicitors in 2009 combining the services of three well-known Stockport solicitors. The firm offers legal services on three distinct areas of law, namely; Conveyancing, Probate, Trusts and Wills and Housing/Community Care.

Conveyancing

The department is managed by Associate Solicitor Rebecca Faulkner and is supported by our trainee solicitor, Joshua Stolberg. Support is provided by Jody Satchell and Hayley Ashmore. Rebecca provides comprehensive legal advice in all residential conveyancing related matters including buying a house, selling a house, re-mortgaging, transfer of equity, leases etc. Rebecca is also experienced in commercial conveyancing. Rebecca will at times offer competitive fixed fees to undertake conveyance work which means clients who have budgets can ensure they remain within it.

Probate, Wills and Trusts

Karen Leach joined the firm in 2011 and has since developed the department enabling it to grow from strength to strength. Her personable approach puts clients at ease but she remains at the forefront of her industry, keeping abreast of legislative changes. She recently successfully completed her STEP qualification and is now a TEP member. She is also assisted by Joshua Stolberg and her secretary, Lisa Lloyd.

Housing and Community Care
